EAST-MAN manufactures a wide range of truck fuel dispensers. These Fuel Tanker dispensing units are pre-tested permanent and de-mountable dispensing systems for mobile dispensing applications. These self contained truck mounted fuel dispensers minimise build time and change over time through their unique modular construction.
A Truck Fuel Dispenser Unit typically includes
A Tanker Truck Fuel Dispenser includes Inlet strainer, hydraulically driven high flow Internal Rotary Gear Pump or Vane Pump, high and low flow switch, Positive Displacement Flow Meter with/without Electronic Register, Air Eliminator and Strainer, Non Return Valve, Hose reel, Hose, Swivel and Nozzle assembly.
How does a Tanker Truck Fuel Dispenser normally work?
The Fuel Dispensing pump utilizes a mechanical meter to indicate the quantity of fuel that has been dispensed. An Automatic Fuel Nozzle stops the flow of fuel when the tank is full. A reset knob is provided to reset the counter to zero. The Fuel Dispenser also has a non-resettable totaliser that shows the total fuel quantity of fuel that has been dispensed.
Hydraulically Driven or Battery Powered Dispensing System
An Auxiliary Gearbox P.T.O. of the truck, provides torque for the Internal Rotary Gear Pump or Vane Pump which pumps the fuel to the meter.
A DC battery, which can be trickle charged from the vehicle charging system, provides power for the electric pump, in case hydraulic option is not present in the vehicle.
Product Quantity is accurately measured by Legal Metrology Department India approved EAST-MAN flow meter (IND/09/2004/01) which is fitted with an inlet strainer, air eliminator and NRV .
EAST-MAN offers a wide range of truck fuel dispensers according to customers requirement and application.
